“Pissed Off Pole”
In reaction to the PPA’s recent decapitation of parking meter heads, this little man is a characterture of the bitter, neglected, newly beheaded remnant of a pole. Pissed Off Pole Guy sticks out his absurdly long leg in an attempt to strike back against society by way of tripping his enemies, or to at least get a little bit of attention.
